Fair Housing

Fair Housing Commitment

I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to own a home — no matter their background. Discrimination has no place in real estate, and I’m fully committed to providing equal professional service to all people regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Whether you’re a first-time buyer, relocating to Texas, or just starting to explore the market, you’ll get clear communication, honest guidance, and fair treatment every step of the way.

If you ever have questions about Fair Housing protections, or feel that something you’ve experienced may not reflect those principles, I encourage you to reach out — I’ll do everything I can to support you or connect you to the right resources.

Understanding the Fair Housing Act

The Fair Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968) is a federal law that protects individuals from housing-related discrimination based on:

  • Race
  • Color
  • National origin
  • Religion
  • Sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation)
  • Familial status
  • Disability

It applies to the sale, rental, and financing of housing — and is enforced by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
